Just recently, Bodman-Ludwigshafen’s mayor Matthias Weckbach announced at a municipal council meeting that he was hoping for the B 34 to be completed in June. Now there is more news about the construction work on the road: As the Bodman-Ludwigshafen building authority announced in a press release, the construction site is largely on schedule. It also provided precise data on the upcoming asphalting work in the section between the junction to Bodman and the Schachenhorn campsite.
It starts on March 29th
According to the responsible construction company Schleith, the top and binder layers of the existing asphalt surfaces between Espasingen and the campsite are to be milled off today, Tuesday, March 29, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The campsite can then only be reached from Ludwigshafen. On Thursday, March 31st, the preparation of the access road to the campsite for the installation of the surface will follow. The work takes place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., the campsite is then only very limited and again only accessible from Ludwigshafen.
