In smaller companies, the further training rate is often lower than in large companies. The company training association (FABI) is therefore expanding its program and is now offering courses in plastics technology. The following information is taken from a press release by the training association.
The courses are offered in cooperation with the plastics center in Würzburg in the following areas: personnel development, health management, IT and digital media as well as quality management. In cooperation with the Niederstetten retraining and advanced training center, courses in PLC programming and CNC machining are also offered. Further seminars in electrical engineering and robotics are to follow from autumn 2022.
Courses for small and large companies
The courses offered by the Main-Tauber training network are aimed at all companies in the region. From the small craft business to the medium-sized industrial company to the world market leader. In addition to the training courses, companies and employees are offered lectures on current topics such as leadership, mental health and digitization. The lectures are held both online and in person. The program is funded for three years by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
