A few hours after Will Smith posted a video apologizing for assaulting comedian Chris Rock. The comedian also responded and ironized about Will Smith’s apology.

It is worth mentioning that the Academy did not take this incident lightly and ordered an exemplary sanction for Smith, beyond the cancellations of some of his projects and the delays in filming, which led to the interpreter being banned from attending the galas of the Oscars for 10 years.
