Chateau Meiland. This allowed Boulevard transmit clear sound with the captured images. In addition, the images of the wedding were seen earlier on RTL than on SBS, the channel on which Chateau Meiland is broadcast.

Boulevard was not invited
Vincent TV is currently investigating whether this indeed happened. A spokesperson said it is “very likely”. “Boulevard was not invited and stood at a distance of 25 meters. Yet they had crystal clear sound of the ceremony in the broadcast. It’s technically very clever that you can do that.”

“If this has indeed happened, it is reprehensible behavior to say the least,” continues Vincent TV. “If you illegally tap each other, a code will be violated and we will consult with Talpa (owner of SBS, ed.) to see if and what we want to do about this.”

RTL Boulevard let NU.nl know in a response that the “journalism” has reported on the wedding ceremony. “The presence of the team of RTL Boulevard went in good harmony. There is no question of any illegality.”
