The game between FC Porto and Sporting played on the 11th of February, at Estádio do Dragão, counting for the 22nd round of last season’s championship, continues to be talked about.
Frederico Varandas, president of the lions, has already filed a criminal complaint at the Department of Investigation and Criminal Action (DIAP) of Porto against Sérgio Conceição, FC Porto coach, Vítor Baía, administrator of the dragons, Rui Cerqueira, press director for the blues and Brancos, and Francisco J. Marques, communication director, for alleged incidents that took place in the garage of the Porto venue after the aforementioned match.
The emblem’s leader, who allegedly lost his wallet and cell phone in that incident, claims to have been insulted and threatened.
In sporting terms, it is recalled that FC Porto coach Sérgio Conceição was acquitted, while Vítor Baía was suspended for 25 days and fined 3,440 euros, and press officer Rui Cerqueira suspended for 115 days and fined 3825 euros, in addition to FC Porto having to pay a fine of 16,320 euros.
