One of the most remembered actors for his participation in Chilean television during the 90s and 2000s, is Patricio Strahovsky.
Also a cultural manager by profession, he studied theater at the University of Chile, from which he graduated, debuting on TV in 1984 in the teleseries “Welcome brother Andrés”.
He was intermittently active in television series until 1996, accumulating experiences in different productions such as “La Represa” (1984), “Marta a las ocho” (1985), “Rojo y Miel” (1994) and “Juegos de fire” (1995).
However, his most recognized role to date by the public, which is already around 30 years old, corresponds to “Pichi” of “TV Condoro”a program that he hosted with Alfred Alonso.
This space broadcast late at night by CHV between 1998 and 2001, showed videos of funny situations and the reaction of the drivers inside the studio itself, which simulated being the living room of an apartment.

Politics and life outside of TV
After the end of “TV Condoro”, his appearances on screen continued intermittently, mainly playing secondary roles in series and teleseries.
In the 2000s he participated in “16” (2003), “MEA culpa” (2004), “Love in record time” (2006), “Hijos del monte” (2008), among others.
In 2013, he decided to turn his life around and fully entered politics, being consecrated as regional council candidate of the province of Cardenal Caro, in the region of O’Higgins, without success, achieving barely 0.8% of the votes, without being elected.
During the pandemic, he started a business making sandwich bread made with his own hands. “I remembered that it was quite delicious once I made it and I was encouraged to try it again,” he told LUN in 2021, taking advantage of promoting his venture called “Dad’s Bakery”.
Currently, on his Instagram account he accumulates more than 6,000 followers, with whom he shares photos and videos of what his current life is, clearly linked to the theater.
