She tells what problems she still experiences. “I still have hot flashes. Pregnancy mask is not gone yet. When I have just peed, I immediately feel like I have to pee again. My posture has changed since pregnancy and childbirth. Abdominal muscles feel slacker. I can tighten them harder. I have a sweet soft tummy! I am completely out of breath when I walk up a flight of stairs. My fitness is not really back yet. I also still have a disturbed balance organ (…) I just sometimes fall over or hit something. I laugh about it but it’s crazy that dizziness.’

Robin asks her followers about their experiences. ‘It will be different for everyone and it’s not a big deal. This is not a nagging hour dear people and there are much worse things in the world, but I am sharing it with you so we can talk about it.’
