Waterkotte
With the new service and training center, Waterkotte wants to support its partners in Baden-Württemberg faster and more directly. A new four-person service team is also deployed there, which is to be expanded in the near future. Holzgerlingen also serves as a regional location for Waterkotte Academy training courses: The center has training rooms and a showroom in which various heat pump solutions can be demonstrated in operation. Up to 30 events are planned for 2022, including several competence forums for planners and information days for builders and investors.

Following the official opening on June 24, the specialist partners had the opportunity to tour the premises and to hold technical discussions and presentations, including a live demonstration of the Remote Care remote maintenance solution also gave an opportunity to find out more about the use and funding options for heat pumps.
