Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran met the person who edited his/her profile on Wikipedia. He claimed to have forgiven the actions of the man named Nyoman Edi.
The moment Fadil met and forgave Nyoman Edi (33) was uploaded on the Metro Jaya Police Chief’s official Instagram account as seen detik.comSaturday (30/7/2022).
Fadil was initially met with Nyoman Edi in a room. Nyoman was seen wearing an orange prisoner’s shirt. Nyoman was introduced by police personnel as a suspect.

Fadil asked why Nyoman edited his profile on Wikipedia. According to Nyoman, he deliberately edited Fadil’s profile because he had an unpleasant experience with the police.
“Why Man you edit my Wikipedia?” asked Fadil Imran.
“I had a bad experience, not good with the police,” said Nyoman.
Fadil then asked whether Nyoman knew himself before editing the Wikipedia or not. He asked why Nyoman edited his profile.
“Just for fun,” said Nyoman.
“Here, I take off my mask, Ed, what do you think I am?” asked Fadil.
“Pretty strong, quite authoritative,” said Nyoman, greeted by Fadil’s laughter.
Fadil said he didn’t really care about Nyoman’s edits on his Wikipedia profile. Fadil said he wanted to educate all parties to understand ethics when using the internet.
He then said he had forgiven Nyoman. He also confirmed that he had never reported Nyoman.
“Don’t worry, I’m sorry. From the start I never wanted to report it, I didn’t feel hurt at all by Nyoman’s edits,” he said.
