But that could have turned out differently. Her father had very different career aspirations for her. – – If Marie-Luise Marjan’s father had had his way, the 81-year-old would never have become a theater and television actress. Her father saw this job as an unprofitable art, Marjan said on the “NDR Talkshow” in Hamburg. He wanted her to be a nurse or secretary instead. But: “The urge was just so strong that I jumped all the hurdles.” Marjan became known as mother Beimer in the television soap opera “Lindenstraße” and was also in front of the television camera and on the theater stage for many other films and series. As a young woman, she kept herself financially afloat in Hamburg, among other things, as a “washing machine representative” and convinced other people to have their laundry washed by a certain company. “It was actually good practice as an actress. I had to convince people.” Marjan recently moved from Cologne to Hamburg. She is now particularly happy about the Alster, near which she now lives. “I always go there to feed the swans and then sit and watch the sunset.” dpa #Subjects – Related posts:VIDEO.
