Juergen Klopp said that his team was not ready to go to Community Shield. Overall, it feels preseason Liverpool Too short.
In order to prepare the team better, Klopp has made the decision to extend Liverpool’s pre-season. ‘The Reds’ will add to the friendly match, with Aston Villa reportedly going to be opponents exactly a day after facing Fulham in the first week Premier League.
Klopp feels the Community Shield schedule against Manchester City is too early for his team to be competitive. The two teams will face off at the King Power Stadium, Leicester, Saturday (30/7/2022) night WIB tomorrow.

As is known, after the opponent Man City, Liverpool will still have trials with Strasbourg also the next day as a continuation of the team’s preparations. Klopp believes that the Community Shield schedule should take into account the competing teams.
