That’s what the police in East writes on Twitter. They received a report about the accident in Lisleby in Fredrikstad at 6pm.
The man, who was in an electric wheelchair, escaped with minor injuries. The car drove away from the scene after the collision, according to the police.
– After some investigation and witness statements, we come to the conclusion that a woman in her 70s has driven a car with injuries compatible with being hit by a wheelchair, writes the police in Øst on Twitter at 20.48.
The woman is questioned and her driving license is temporarily confiscated.
