The Indonesian Ministry of Health plans to start the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine this week. As previously reported, more than 4 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine were provided for the second booster of health workers.
According to the Director General of Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Dr. Maxi Rein Rondonuwu, the government is preparing a circular for the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Unfortunately, the general public has not been included in the policy of receiving the second booster.
