As announced, the American-Nigerian Stanley Okoye (1.98 m, 31 years old) joined SIG Strasbourg for a season.
A resident of the Zaragoza club for the 2021-2022 season, the winger was shooting at 10.4 points with 41.9% shooting success, 3.9 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 24 minutes per game in Liga Endesa and 17.3 points at 50%, 5.3 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 28 minutes on average in the FIBA Europe Cup. Athletic player and good shooter, he completes the Strasbourg workforce on position 3 but can also shift to position 4.

He will contribute a lot to the team and not just with his excellent shooting skills. He will give us the size we need and especially in defense, not only vertically but also laterally.
