A clinical nutrition specialist from Mochtar Riady Comprehensive Cancer Center (MRCCC) Siloam Hospital South Jakarta, Inge Permadhi, said the upload could be used as a reference.

However, Inge said that the interval between eating hours should be around 6 hours. Temporary snacking can be done in the middle of the distance or about three hours.
“But (the distance) between meals is about 6 hours. Because 3 hours after eating it’s usually there snacking,” said Inge.

For example, someone who has breakfast at 07.00 can have lunch at 13.00. But at 10:00 there is snacking.

According to Inge, meal times can be adjusted to the needs and conditions of each body. There is someone who skips breakfast and immediately eats heavily in the afternoon.

“Actually, it’s not a recommendation because the meal time is up to us, right,” said Inge.
“But if we want to have breakfast, between the distance it’s usually about 6 hours between them snacking,” he added.
When someone doesn’t want to snacking, then you can move time snakcing towards morning or afternoon.
For example, someone eats breakfast and ends with snacking.
