A woman was remanded in custody after being accused of killing a Latvian man in Ko Wiklo in February.
Ikola Brennan, 31, of no fixed abode, is accused of murdering Joris Viktorov, 36, at Brick Bell-Ata Connell, in the rural village of Balconnell, near the Wicklow towns of Shelagh and Tolo. border. with Carlo.
