The presentation of the Huawei Mate 50 series is getting closer, and now a well-known leaker has revealed some interesting information about the new top models.
According to the news, the display of the basic Mate 50 will have a single camera hole, just like in the case of the Mate 40, but the Mate 50 Pro will most closely resemble the previous generation Mate 20 Pro and Mate 30 Pro models, as it will have a wide notch.

Even the display of the basic version will be curved on two sides, but in the case of the Pro version, the panel will be bent to a much greater extent, so the mobile phones will not really differ from the Mate 40 series. The large, circular rear camera system will remain, but Leica is now a partner of Xiaomi, and the new units may receive the XMAGE branding instead, which was created by Huawei not so long ago.
Apart from these, we do not yet know too many specific details about the Mate 50 mobile phones, but there is a good chance that they will come with some kind of Qualcomm chip dumbed down for 4G (Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or 8+ Gen 1) and they will already run the new Harmony OS 3.0, which will be released soon the manufacturer also announces. The new system will debut on July 27, but the date of the presentation of the Mate 50 mobiles is not yet known.
