Vacations with family can be fun. However, this family had to panic because the baby was on a separate flight.
The family is husband and wife Stephanie and Andrew Braham and a baby. They are at Roma, Italia.
To go home, they plan to use flights from airlines Qantas.

However, in this summer all flights are a bit messy due to the booming demand. As a result, their flight was cancelled.
How shocked this couple was, knowing that they would fly apart with their baby. The 13-month-old baby was ‘separated’ on another flight.
The couple immediately called the airline to ask for a change. The Braham family did not lose hope. Once, twice, three times, the call is still being ignored. There were 55 calls they made that day and no response.
Again, the 20 hour wait was worth it. Because airlines around the world are busy and understaffed, due to the effects of summer vacation.
“At first they denied the responsibility. That’s Qantas,” he said Traveller, Saturday (23/7/2022).
Qantas finally moved the family after waiting for 12 hours. They are scheduled to fly on the twelfth day of the previous flight date.
“We’re getting emotional, I should be home by now,” said Andrew.
Seeing this, the airline immediately compensated them for USD 200 or around Rp. 3 million per night. This is not much because they also charge extra accommodation on the alternative flight.
“This compensation will only cover a small part of the additional costs you incur,” said Andrew.
In a statement to Daily Mail, Qantas apologized sincerely to the family and said it was an administrative error between the airline and the KLM partner had automatically transferred them to separate flights.
“We are contacting the family for support and will provide reimbursement for their accommodation,” an airline spokesperson said.
