Alleged case murder planning on Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J is currently under investigation. This case began with the report of Brigadier Yoshua’s family lawyer, Kamarudin Simanjuntak to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
“It has (increased investigation), just finished the title of the case,” said Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Andi Rian when asked for confirmation, Friday (22/7/2022).
In parallel with the case title at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, the family of Brigadier Yoshua in Jambi was also asked for information by investigators. This was conveyed by the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo.

“Yes, that’s right, the fingerprint team asked for information from the family today at the Jambi Regional Police,” said Dedi when confirmed.
There were 11 witnesses who were examined including the victim’s father, mother, brother, sister, and aunt of Brigadier Joshua, including the local hospital.
Regarding the request for a re-autopsy from Brigadier Joshua’s family, Dedi also appealed for it to be carried out as soon as possible considering the condition of the body will become increasingly damaged.
“From Dirpidum’s communication with lawyers, if possible, as soon as possible. The sooner the exhumation process, the better,” said Dedi.
He said the re-autopsy would involve an external party who is an expert in forensics. He also invited the family to bring an expert in the re-autopsy process.
