Meta, the parent company of Facebook, presents this change as an improvement to allow its users not to miss the publications of their loved ones.
But this change is also seen as a way for Facebook to compete with TikTok and its short videos.
- The new Home tab, which will be displayed by default, could present a greater number of short videos than the social network has done so far with a single newsfeed.
