Liverpool 5-0 win at home RB Leipzig in pre-season games. Darwin Nunez became the star of the Reds victory through four goals.

RB Leipzig vs Liverpool presented at the Red Bull Arena, Friday (22/7/2022) early in the morning WIB. The visitors fielded almost all of their starting players from the first minute.

The visitors took a 1-0 lead in the first half through Mohamed Salah’s goal. Darwin Nunez scored a quat-trick after the break and sealed Liverpool’s 5-0 win over Leipzig.

The course of the match

Mohamed Salah scored from a shot in the penalty area after just seven minutes. The Liverpool bomber took advantage of Roberto Firmino’s short pass, as well as bringing his team to a 1-0 lead.

Salah almost scored a brace three minutes later. The King of Egypt’s kick from close range could still be thwarted by the Leipzig goalkeeper.

QUAT-TRICK! Nunez scored his fourth goal towards the end of the game with a low shot in the penalty area, capitalizing on Fabio Carvalho’s pass. Liverpool closed the game with a landslide victory 5-0.
