AS Roma defeated by Sporting CP in the pre-season match with a score of 2-3. Paulo Dybala seen in the stands watching his new club candidate match.
Roma faced Sporting at the Estadio Do Algarve, Faro, Portugal, Wednesday (20/7/2022) early morning WIB. This is Roma’s third game in pre-season.
Roma fell behind after Sporting scored through a Pote penalty in the 29th minute. Porto defender Goncalo Inacio’s own goal two minutes later saw Roma equalize.

Inacio made amends by scoring a goal to put Porto back ahead in the 53rd minute. However, Rome again replied through Lorenzo Pellegrini’s goal in the 69th minute. Tabata’s goal in the 86th minute then sealed Porto’s victory over Roma.

Paulo Dybala is seen in the stands watching Sporting vs Roma. Wearing a Roma shirt, the Argentine was seen sitting next to Roma General Manager Tiago Pinto.
Dybala’s transfer to Roma is just waiting for an official announcement. The former Juventus player has received a three-year contract offer from Giallorossi.
According to reports from various sources, Roma are still finalizing the contract and documents related to Dybala’s transfer. Dybala’s transfer announcement will be made in the near future.
Paulo Dybala reportedly will be officially introduced as an AS Roma player in front of the media in early August. The 28-year-old is scheduled to undergo a press conference on August 6.
