Duchess Kate (40) is in mourning after losing a good friend. It writes Australian 7 News.
The deceased, Christine Hill, who turned 74, was not just a friend of Kate. She was also an expert in forester diagnostics, and helped the Duchess with the preparations before the birth of Prince George (8) in 2013.
The couple later sought her out for medical advice.
The medical expert himself has previously stated his love for the Duchess, and told Telegraph that she was «a wonderful girl», writes 7 News.
Difficult pregnancies
Duchess Kate had a very difficult pregnancy, and it is already known that she struggled “hyperemesis gravidarum”or extreme pregnancy nausea as it is called in Norwegian, in all their pregnancies – also when she got pregnant with Prince Louis (4) in 2017.
– It was absolutely awful! I was very ill – I did not eat what I should, but still the body was able to gather all the strength to grow a new life, which I think is fascinating, Kate said in the podcast «Happy Mum Happy Baby» a couple of years ago, reproduced by Radar Online.
– I saw the power of it, the meditation and the heavy breathing and the way they teach you in hypnosis, when I was very ill and realized that there was something I could take control of during the birth, Kate said in the podcast.

Self-hypnosis
Hypnotherapy involves various relaxation methods and positive affirmations, to help the body relax more during childbirth. It writes, among other things, the website Free birth.
The partner can also contribute different things, but this should not have been something Kate demanded of Prince William.
– There are different levels of it. I’m not going to say that William stood there and sang to me, he definitely did not! I did not even ask him about it, but this was something I wanted to do for my own part, she said in 2020.
