Mom of three, Jessica Simpson, made a special revelation about her oldest daughter Maxwell’s babysitter. She shared in an Instagram Live, with American Express Business, that ‘Only Murders in the Building’ actress Selena Gomez accompanied her daughter to her first ever performance, that of singer Olivia Rodrigo.

In the conversation with Suneel Gupta, Jessica started talking about the connection she and her children have with music. “They like to come to the studio when I sing. I am very happy to involve them.” She explained that she was very sorry that she herself was not present at the very first concert of daughter Maxwell. “I always thought I would be her first concert, but she’s 10 years old now and she really needs to see a live show.”

Simpson went on to say that despite the mixed feelings, she is very grateful for the sitter on duty: Selena Gomez. “Thank you Olivia for the show, and thank you Selena for being such a good babysitter,” the video reads. How did they get in touch? There’s a very logical explanation. “Maxwell met a very good friend of Selena’s sister Grace Teefey One thing led to another.”
