Congress authorizes Civil Pensions to donate property for a health and wellness complex

In an extraordinary and public session, the deputies who are members of the LXIV Legislature of the Local Congress, approved by majority vote the authorization to State Civil Pensions to exercise acts of ownership with respect to the fraction called Supermanzana number three, located in the municipality of Huamantla, of the former ejido Ignacio Zaragoza State of Tlaxcala, in order to enter into a donation contract in favor of the State government for the construction of the Specialized Health and Welfare Care Complex.
Through the parliamentary file that was sent to the Committee on Constitutional Points, the Interior and Justice and Political Affairs, the General Director of State Civil Pensions explained that the objective is to guarantee all citizens quality health services that allow combating decided the backwardness that is had in the matter.
In full compliance with the provisions of the Political Constitution of the Free and Sovereign State of the State of Tlaxcala, in the Organic Law of the Legislative Power, as well as the Public Heritage Law of the State of Tlaxcala, all the documentation that certifies the real estate was presented. , as well as if there is no legal impediment to carry out this procedure, for which the ruling commission considered the authorization prudent.
It should be noted that said property was part of the State’s heritage, and once it has been disincorporated, the donation contract will be signed free of charge to start up the Specialized Care complex, in order to strengthen the service provision network, through the physical infrastructure of the institutions and programs responsible for serving the population, especially in highly marginalized regions.
In this way, we work in a coordinated manner to guarantee development for the benefit of the Tlaxcalans, through the corresponding analysis and legislation.
