A refusal to comply ended badly in the Loiret, this week-end. The Montargis public prosecutor has opened a flagrant investigation for attempted murder of a young policewoman. It was 11 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2022when this trainee arrived a short time ago at the police station of Montargis was a victim of it.

Saturday evening, the police carried out a check near a roundabout in the town from Amilly (Loiret). They wanted to intercept a scooter in order to control its pilot who was not wearing a helmet.

This trainee peacekeeper is only in her twenties. She was taken care of by the emergency services on the spot and transported to the hospital center of the Montargeoise conurbation, with several leg and face fractures.
His vital prognosis is not engaged but his injuries are considered serious.
The suspect surrenders
After fleeing, the suspect finally showed up at the police station on Monday July 11, 2022, announced the Loiret police. He is currently in custody.
He faces a penalty of criminal confinement for life if the investigation confirms the charges of attempted murder of a person in public authority.
