The problems at Ryanair have been going on for a long time and the dissatisfaction remains great because the management does not respond to the questions of the staff. At the end of June there was therefore already a strike by the pilots and cabin crew of the lowcast company.
According to the employees, the airline does not respect Belgian labor law in its proposals. The unions also complain that Ryanair does not have a personnel department in Belgium that is aware of local social legislation.
