JLL and LaSalle Investment Management published the 12e edition of the Global Real Estate Transparency Index, which measures the transparency of global real estate markets. This Greti reviews 254 different variables in 156 cities in 94 countries and assigns them a transparency score (from very transparent to opaque). The United Kingdom, the United States and France make up the podium of this ranking, which highlights the markets “best equipped to face the new environmental, geopolitical and economic challenges that are emerging”.
France is again – as in 2020 – the first non-Anglo-Saxon country in the ranking. Paris is the third most transparent city in the world after London and New York.
It should also be noted that the French market is one of those that has made the strongest progress in 2022 thanks to its actions in terms of transparency on sustainable development.
