He returned to the lineup in March, but at the end of the season, his knee gave way, and Provod was out of action again. He subsequently completed a 12-day stay at a German clinic, where he underwent surgery in May 2021. Now he believes that he has already chosen all the bad things.

“At the end of the spring, there was more at once, I even had a virus in my blood, it wasn’t just about the knee. When I jumped in after ligament surgery, I played a few games in a row, all full. It was probably a lot. A recent stay at the clinic helped me a lot. After Tuesday’s warm-up with Rapid Bucharest, we played a half-time between each other, I felt good. I was able to play an hour against Puskás. I feel completely healthy, I’m ready for the season,” says Provoda.
