Two people were killed in a head-on collision this morning on the N249 near ‘t Zand in North Holland. Three others were injured. They were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

The accident happened around 11 a.m. Police say it was a head-on collision involving three vehicles.

It is still unclear exactly how the collision happened. Further investigation is now being conducted by the police, the provincial road will therefore remain closed for the time being, reports NH News.
