This is a delivery of 2017 directed by Joseph McGinty Nicholwho made an effort to give us a film with a combination of several elements that make it very entertaining.
It has good direction since they let us see a story that shows everything from action to funny moments. The photograph is well embodied since we have different shots, well achieved angles and color palettes that range from very light to very dark tones.

It has good characters, although it does not delve much into them individually. They show how each one is without being forcedand it is that the selection of the cast was very good since each one is shown with very different traits and thus their characters achieve an interesting chemistryNot to mention that stories with teenagers are always eye-catching.
As in any good horror film, the blood could not be missing; this is obviously a sample of small movie tributes slasher as Scream o Halloween, since we see stab wounds. Yes: the gore is with us again.
