Good news for car drivers: the price of gasoline is down again.
The national average is now $4.72 a gallon for regular fuel, three cents cheaper than it was last Thursday, according to Triple A.
That’s also less than last month’s recorded average of $4.95 per gallon.
New York prices are a bit higher, with a gallon costing $4.83 on average statewide and $4.90 here in our city.
Gas prices are still well above last year, when the national average was $3.14 a gallon and $3.20 here in the city.
