Enesis took part in the campaign for a Dengue Free Indonesia. The activity will be held from July until the peak will be on World Mosquito Day, August 20, 2022.
Enesis’s participation was marked by a ceremonial release of the Education Car which was held on Tuesday (5/7/2022), attended by Deputy Minister of Health Dante Saksono, Director of Public Health Promotion and Community Empowerment Imran Agus, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Enesis Foundation Ryan Tirta Yudhistira.
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is one of the annual epidemics that still exist in Indonesia. As data shows that until the 23rd week of 2022, cumulatively 52,313 cases and 488 deaths of DHF have been reported, reported from 451 regencies/cities in 34 provinces.
Education to all people in Indonesia to prevent the spread of dengue disease is not only the duty of the government, but the duty of all of us. Therefore, Enesis made it happen with the Mobile Education Car program.
Ryan Tirta Yudhistira as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Enesis Indonesia Foundation stated that this Mobile Education Car is the result of collaboration with the Ministry of Health to provide advice to the public regarding the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and Dengue prevention through PSN 3M Plus.
Community Education
In its implementation, by cooperating with the Ministry of Health to commemorate Asean Dengue Day 2022, Enesis promotes PSN 3M Plus in Indonesia. For the initial stage, the educational car will target elementary schools, markets, hospitals, MTI, and PKK women in several cities, namely, Bandung, Cirebon, Yogya, and Malang, and gradually we will target more than 100 points. throughout Indonesia.
On this occasion, the audience also saw education, one of which was the Mosquito Power Test, which was demonstrated by artist and social activist Jihane Elmira.
Ryan said the mosquito repellent test showed that if we use Soffell, the mosquitoes won’t bite our hands. “Unexpectedly, the Deputy Minister of Health also participated in the Potency Test activity,” said Ryan.

The Enesis program also received support and appreciation from the Ministry of Health. In his remarks, the Deputy Minister of Health conveyed that efforts to raise public awareness about preventing dengue fever were very important.
He also said that to overcome dengue fever, community participation was needed. “This educational car from Enesis is one of the efforts to prevent transmission of dengue fever in the community,” said the Deputy Minister of Health.
