Annna, who lives in the Netherlands, returns to Latvia with a new song and several concerts

Producer, songwriter and singer Annna (Anna Madara Pērkone) has released the title song from the forthcoming EP “Confetti”, as well as announced several concerts in Latvia – the Latvian musician living in the Netherlands rarely performs here.

Already this Friday, July 8, in the evening, Annna will present the new song “Confetti” as part of the Saulkrasti festival at a concert on the Saulkrasti beach (it is planned at 10 p.m.). The song “Confetti” was performed in her usual style – elegant, high-quality and western pop, and the musician promises to make everyone dance in sunny disco style on the beach of her native Saulkrasti together with her Dutch team.

Combining her music with powerful and current topics such as sustainability and burnout, Annna has developed her own brand of ‘sus-pop’ (sustainable pop music), focusing on deeper themes in her lyrics, but at the same time maintaining a joie de vivre and a sense of fun. With this kind of attitude, Annna has already gained a loyal following on social networks, where she works with great scope and energy. So, for example, in May, Annna posted a post where she gave everyone a chance to participate in her music video by joining the set and blowing up one of her eco-friendly confetti. More than 100 people turned up to meet the singer at a secret location in Amsterdam to throw confetti filled with dried flowers at the camera operator’s lens. You can see it in the clip

Annna will be able to be seen in Latvia this summer not only at the weekend in Saulkrasti, but also at a special solo concert on July 28 in Riga, at the entertainment venue “Tu jau zini kur” in the Tallinn quarter, as well as at the “Summer Sound” festival in Liepāja, which will take place in the last days of July.
