Mortgage release in ISSFAM, how the procedure is carried out

Through the Social Security Institute for the Mexican Armed Forces also know as ISSFAMyou can request the release of your mortgage.

Before requesting a mortgage loan you must carry out certain procedures so that it is granted to you, the same thing happens once you have finished paying it, you must carry out a simple procedurehere we show you how.

Mortgage release is also known as deed releasefor the Mexican armed forces there are three ways to apply:

1. For liquidation of mortgage credit in the asset or in a retirement situation.
2. Due to death of military personnel
3. Due to disability in the first or second category in acts within the service.

Documents in retirement situation

1. You need the application completed online, with the autograph signature of the applicant, in original
2. Official identification (Cuim Unique Military Identification Code), in original
3. Voting ID in original or valid passport in copy

Documents for the death of the militant

1. Request completed online, with autograph signature of the applicant, in original
2. Certified copy of the military’s death certificate, issued by the civil registry, in original
3. Official identification of the applicant (INE or valid passport), in copy
4. Valid identification card as beneficiary, issued by ISSFAM, in copy
5. CURP, in copy

Documents for disability of the militant

1. Request completed online, with autograph signature of the applicant, in original
2. Copy of CUIM and identification (INE or passport), in original
3. Official letter of discharge and discharge in retirement situation issued by the General Directorate of Military or Naval Justice
4. Declaration of origin of withdrawal
5. Medical certificate of incapacity issued by two military or naval doctors from the Secretariats of National Defense or the Navy, as appropriate.
