How do you enjoy Karlovy Vary, the atmosphere of the festival?
I love it, it’s very welcoming and above all cultural here. What I mean by that is that there is a cinema culture in the Czech Republic.

And over the years I have seen some Czech films, by Czech directors, and I think the film festival is supported by the cinema foundation, so I feel at home here, because cinema is what I do.

What movies have you seen here or are you planning to see?
(Laughter) You know, I’m too busy talking to journalists like you and other people. I’d like to go to the movies, but if I go, it’s just so.

What movies do you like?
All kinds of movies, from all over the world. And I’d like to say that I’d like to play in all of them, not just the ones that go boom boom boom…

That’s my next question. The last movie I saw with you was Sicario, but I would really like to see you in a romantic comedy for example, is there any chance to see you in another kind of movie?
There is always hope, we are optimists. I was already a little romantic in the film directed by Wes Andersen … A little… No? Good…

You laugh, but really. The story had the hint of a romantic movie. It had a few elements like that, but you know, as an actor, I can’t make 100% decisions … I can choose more now …
