Shell officially appointed Ingrid Siburian as President Director and Country Chair Shell the new Indonesia. Ingrid replaces Dian Andyasuri in this position which is effective from July 1, 2022.
Apart from being the President Director and Country Chair of Shell Indonesia, Ingrid also plays the role of General Manager of Mobility Shell Indonesia.

Ingrid started her career at Shell in 2008 as Network Planning Manager for the Mobility business, followed by an assignment at the Global Network Center of Excellence located in London, England.
At the end of 2014, Ingrid returned to Indonesia and took on the role of Vice President Network for Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong where she played a role in leading the accelerated growth of the gas station network. Shell in these three markets and overseeing the optimization of the existing market network. In 2021, Ingrid takes on an additional role as Deputy Director for the Mobility Shell Indonesia business and is responsible for implementing Shell’s gas station growth strategy in Indonesia.
Ingrid holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Oregon, as well as a master’s degree in Finance from the same university. Prior to joining Shell, Ingrid had worked in a variety of industries and brought more than 20 years of strategic and operational experience, both at home and abroad.
