We know that in the city our food comes from afar, that it is extremely polluting, overpackaged and above all that it defies the seasons and the production capacities of the Earth. This is why Nadia and Léa, the founders of Terre et Fourchette, embarked on an adventure to eat better in town.
To offer this new offer, they found answers from their grandparents who taught them to keep it simple and they wrote down their recipes carefully. They wanted to use only natural ingredients that we have in our cupboards.
