Located at 96 avenue Aristide Briand, in Bagneux (92), the High Garden real estate program (16,022 m² floor area), carried out by Vinci Immobilier and Bouygues Immobilier, was inaugurated on July 5. It has 247 R+8 housing units, including 59 social housing units and 51 intermediate housing units (lessors: Valophis and IDF Habitat), a Casino hypermarket (3,977 m²) and 334 parking spaces. Built on the site of a former shopping centre, this project is an “example of urban recycling” and “disartificialization of an urban wasteland”, according to its promoters.
Designed by the architectural firms Hamonic + Masson & Associés and Guérin & Pedroza, High Garden is characterized by its facades in stained concrete in golden and light gray tints. It offers apartments from studios to 5 rooms, equipped with balconies, loggias or terraces as well as duplexes on the ground floor. It revolves around a landscaped garden of approximately 1,650 m².
