Doctors’ appeal to Maneskin: “The concert is madness. Move it!”

On Saturday 9 July over 70,000 people will flock to the Circus Maximus for the great Måneskin show. But when the biggest event of the summer in Rome coincides with the peak of Omicron 5, it becomes a matter of common sense rather than bad timing.

The concert falls precisely in that gap – estimated between 10 and 15 July – in which the sub-variant as contagious as measles will reach its peak.
