| If someone rents a vehicle to a person (company) who causes damage to it with a third-party vehicle that is rented from a third party and has liability insurance, the exclusion of liability according to A.1.5.6 AKB 2015 does not apply because the same insurance contract relationship is not affected. The driver of the third-party vehicle is not an insured person in relation to the lessor or owner. |
