The Ecuadorian winger added his first minutes at León FC.
On the afternoon of this past Sunday, June 03, a new season of the League MX. Lion Cluba team in which Ecuadorians play Angel Mena and Byron Castillo, visited the Athletic San Luis.
Castillo was a starter and added his first minutes in his new team, after his departure from Barcelona SC. Nevertheless, the tricolor side had a bad timewell he scored an own goal in the 77th minute of the match to decree the temporary 1-1.
When everything pointed to a draw, ‘La Fiera’ was able to score again in the additional minutes of the match and thus the cast led by the former IDV Renato Paiva took all 3 points.
The next game for León FC will be the next Sunday July 10 against Pumasfor day 2 of the Opening Tournament.
