The drama happened this weekend in East Harlem, New York.

Dramatic in Manhattan this Saturday morning. Around 11 a.m., a 3-year-old child fell from the Taino Towers in East Harlem. The victim fell from the 29th floor of this building before ending up in a scaffolding located on the third floor of the building.

An investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of this tragedy, the American media said. Neighbors told investigators they heard the child’s parents arguing shortly before the incident. Disputes that would be regular within the couple.

The police are trying to find out if the child was in the presence of one of the two parents at the time of the tragedy.
