Since the release of The Quarry, players have not been able to get a platinum trophy or 100% achievement because the progress for the Hard Pass challenge is not properly saved in the game. While publisher 2K acknowledges the issue, no patch is available yet.
Normally, the Hard Pass challenge would be completed if the player continues to ignore the advice of the mysterious guide Eliza. However, The Quarry doesn’t seem to save the progress of this, causing you to miss Hard Pass while really disregarding any advice. The temporary solution for this comes from JovialTrash4335but is far from ideal.

You have to take a Tarot card in each chapter and select ‘Continue’ when given the choice. Immediately after that choice, you have to pause, save and restart the game. Keep repeating this and Eliza eventually finds out that you don’t care about her advice, after which you pass the challenge. That is of course ridiculously much and above all inconvenient work to get one trophy or achievement!
At the time of writing, there is still no update that fixes the problem.
