jpnn.com – Meta seems to be making the latest innovation for one of the features on Instagram, namely Reels.
The reason is, they are reportedly trying to make all video uploads on their platform take the form of a Reels in the application.
This was first revealed by social media consultant Matta Navarra in a photo upload on his personal account on Twitter.
Quoted from Engaget, Sunday (3/7), the photo upload shows a notification indicating that the uploaded video will be shared in the form of Reels.
Later, if the user account is public, then anyone who finds the user’s video can use the original audio to create their own Reel.
However, if the user account is private, only friends can see the reels.
Other users can still remix with the Reel and download it as part of their remix
The only way to make sure no one can use the user’s Reel for remixes is to turn off the option in Settings or disable it every video uploaded.
