In the two-hour final of the beauty contest, the girls performed various tasks, introduced themselves, and performed an individual performance “I am Latvian”. The winner of the title “Latvian Yellow in Great Britain 2022” was determined by the vote of the jury and the audience.
30-year-old Ilze Andersone from Vecbebriem, who currently lives in Cambridge and works as a cook at Cambridge University, was crowned the first place winner. The second place was won by Kristine Ahmetova from Aluk, while Raita Uzule from Tukum came in third place.
In addition to the titles and prizes provided by the organizers, sponsors and supporters of the competition, the other participants of the finals were also present.
