The leadership of “Continuing the Change” (PP) is yet to discuss at a national council other names, other than that of the resigned Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, for a possible candidacy of the party in the handing over of the exploratory mandate by Rumen Radev. This was announced to Nova TV by the chairman of the PP parliamentary group Andrey Gyurov.
According to him, the party has many members prepared for the post. When asked whether the candidacy of the ousted Speaker of the National Assembly Nikola Minchev for the position is being discussed, Gyurov replied that he is certainly extremely prepared and is a figure who enjoys respect in the parliament.
Andrey Gyurov also commented on the closed session of the National Assembly last night, where the issue of our country chasing Russian diplomats was discussed. According to the MP from the PP, the reports of DANS contain specific information about people who worked against the national interest and were a threat to our national security.
“To claim that the presidency was not informed is not true,” Gyurov was categorical, specifying that two representatives of the institution were present at the CSNS.
