He officially justifies the return by changing the pricing strategy. “We want to make it easier for customers to see the benefits of our prices as easily as possible. This includes a price comparison between different stores,” says Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alza.cz Petr Bena.
However, the store admits that the fact that Heureka no longer has the same owner as the Mall Group also contributed to the decision. Buy it on at the end of last year, the Polish group announced Allegro this year completed the transaction in April.
Just this year in April Alza first returned to Heureka on the Slovak marketnow a comeback follows in the Czech Republic.
Alza left Heureka in 2016. She justified this by saying that the grader was no longer independent. Heurek was then bought by the Rockaway group, which also became the owner of the Mall.cz e-shop. Alza also launched the bezheureky.cz website, where she accused Heureka of unfair conduct. There was also a trial in the case, which in the end, Alza lost.
