LEIDEN – A minor boy from Voorschoten was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of rape in Leiden. A 27-year-old woman was the victim of this earlier this month on the Stadhouderslaan, near the Schelpenkade. The police showed images of the suspect in Team West on Tuesday. Thanks to tips, he was arrested.
