JAKARTA, investor.id – PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) will distribute dividends worth Rp 163.7 billion or Rp 50 per share. This became the decision of the SMDR annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on Wednesday (29/6/2022).
“And today we have decided to distribute dividends for the 2021 financial year to pay or distribute dividends of IDR 163.7 billion or per share of IDR 50 per share,” said Samudera Indonesia President Director Bani Maulana Mulia in a public expose, Wednesday (29 /6/2022).

According to him, compared to the data since the first SMDR listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), this dividend is the highest dividend ever paid by the company.
“All the way back until it became a public company in 1999, this was the highest dividend paid out by the company when it became a public company. This is a new level of dividends distributed by the company,” added Bani.

As for the fiscal year 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, they are 65.5 billion, 52.4 billion, 26.2 billion, and 32.7 billion, respectively.
“This Rp 163.7 billion dividend will begin to be paid starting July 29, 2022,” said Bani.
